Account & Registration

Visit the Register page, fill in your full name, date of birth, a unique username, and a password. On the next step, add your Philippine mobile number and email address, select your region, then tick the age confirmation and accept the Terms and Conditions. After submitting, check your inbox for a verification email and click the confirmation link. The whole process usually takes under three minutes. Remember: you must be at least 21 years old to register on Drop Ball.

The minimum age is 21 years old, in line with Philippine gaming regulations. Drop Ball verifies age during the registration process and again when identity verification is requested before your first withdrawal. Accounts belonging to underage individuals are suspended immediately, including any balances held.

No. Drop Ball strictly enforces a one-account-per-person policy. Creating multiple accounts — even with different email addresses or mobile numbers — violates the Terms and Conditions and results in suspension of all associated accounts, including any funds held. If you have forgotten your login details, use the password reset function on the Login page instead of creating a new account.

Identity verification (KYC) is typically required before your first withdrawal. You will need to submit a clear photo of a valid government-issued ID — PhilSys National ID, UMID, SSS ID, Driver's License, or Passport all work — along with a selfie holding the ID. To update your email address or Philippine mobile number, contact the Drop Ball support team at support@dropball.xyz. Include your account username and a brief reason for the change. The team will verify your identity before making any updates to protect your account from unauthorised changes.
Deposits & Payments

Log in to your Drop Ball account and go to the Deposit section. Select GCash as your payment method, enter the amount you wish to deposit (minimum ₱100), and confirm. You will be redirected to the GCash payment screen or prompted to enter your GCash-linked mobile number. Once the transaction is approved, funds appear in your Drop Ball wallet almost instantly. GCash is the most popular deposit method among Filipino players on Drop Ball.

The minimum deposit on Drop Ball is ₱100 for e-wallet methods (GCash, Maya, GrabPay) and ₱500 for bank transfers. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and account verification level. If you need higher deposit limits, contact support@dropball.xyz to discuss options for your account.

Drop Ball accepts the following Philippine payment methods: GCash, Maya (PayMaya), GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay, PESONet, online banking via BDO, BPI, and UnionBank, and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards. Most GCash and Maya deposits process instantly. Bank transfers via InstaPay or PESONet may take 15–60 minutes on regular banking days. If your deposit is still pending after 2 hours, take a screenshot of the transaction confirmation from your e-wallet or bank app and send it to support@dropball.xyz. Include your Drop Ball username and the transaction reference number so the team can trace it quickly.
Withdrawals

Log in, navigate to the Withdrawal section in your account dashboard, select your preferred payment method (GCash is the fastest), enter the withdrawal amount, and confirm. Most GCash withdrawals are processed within minutes. If identity verification has not been completed yet, you may be prompted to submit your ID before the withdrawal proceeds.

The minimum withdrawal is ₱200. There is no maximum withdrawal limit for standard accounts, though very large withdrawals may require additional verification. Withdrawals to GCash and Maya typically arrive within 5–15 minutes. Bank transfers may take one to three business days depending on your bank.

Common reasons for withdrawal delays include incomplete identity verification, an active bonus with unmet wagering requirements, a mismatch between your registered name and the e-wallet account name, or a flagged security review. Check your account notifications first. If there is no notification explaining the delay, contact support@dropball.xyz with your transaction ID and the team will investigate within a few hours.

For security and regulatory reasons, Drop Ball generally requires that withdrawals be made to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, up to the deposited amount. Any additional winnings beyond that can be withdrawn to any verified payment method on your account. This policy helps prevent fraudulent transaction patterns and protects your funds.
Sports & Esports Betting

Drop Ball covers a wide range of sports popular with Filipino bettors: basketball (PBA, NBA, FIBA), football (local and international leagues), boxing, volleyball, tennis, MMA, and more. Drop Ball's Esports Betting section covers titles that Filipino players follow closely: Mobile Legends: Bang Bang, Dota 2, Valorant, CS2, League of Legends, and PUBG Mobile. Both Philippine local tournaments and international leagues are available. Odds for major esports events are posted days in advance and live betting is available during selected tournaments.

The minimum bet on Drop Ball is ₱20 for most markets. Some specialised or in-play markets may have a higher minimum. Maximum bet limits depend on the market type, event, and your account status. If you want to place a bet larger than the listed maximum for a particular market, contact support@dropball.xyz before placing the wager.

If a match or event is officially cancelled, all bets on that event are voided and your stake is returned in full to your Drop Ball wallet. For postponed events, bets generally remain open if the event is rescheduled within 48 hours to the same venue. Events rescheduled beyond 48 hours are also voided and stakes returned. Check your bet history for updated status.

Drop Ball's Virtual Sports section runs simulated sporting events 24 hours a day, every day. Results are generated using a certified random number generator, not real match outcomes. Events like virtual football, virtual basketball, and virtual racing run every few minutes so you can bet at any time. Minimum bet and odds format are the same as regular sports markets.
Bonuses & Promotions

After completing registration and verifying your email, log in and make your first deposit using GCash, Maya, or another supported payment method. The welcome bonus is automatically applied to qualifying first deposits — no promo code is needed unless stated otherwise. Check the Promotions page for the current welcome offer details, including the qualifying deposit amount and wagering requirements.

A wagering requirement (sometimes called a rollover) means you need to bet a certain multiple of the bonus amount before the bonus funds can be withdrawn as cash. For example, a ₱500 bonus with a 10x wagering requirement means you need to place ₱5,000 in qualifying bets before the bonus converts to withdrawable cash. Once registered, log in to find your unique referral link in your account dashboard. Share that link with friends. When a referred friend registers using your link and completes their first qualifying deposit and bet, you receive a referral reward. The reward amount and qualifying conditions are shown on the Refer a Friend page. There is no limit to how many friends you can refer.

Bonuses may not apply if the deposit amount was below the qualifying minimum, if the promotion period had already ended, if the wrong payment method was used (some bonuses exclude specific methods), or if this was not your first deposit and the offer was new-player only. Account Security

Log in to Drop Ball, go to Account Settings, and look for the Security section. Toggle on "Two-Factor Authentication" and follow the prompts to link your Philippine mobile number. From that point, every login will require a one-time code sent via SMS before access is granted. This significantly reduces the risk of unauthorised access even if someone has your password.

Contact support@dropball.xyz immediately with your username and a description of what you noticed — for example, an unrecognised login location, an unexpected balance change, or a withdrawal you did not request. Drop Ball's security team will review the account login history and lock the account to prevent further access while the situation is investigated. Change your password and enable 2FA as soon as you regain secure access.

No. Drop Ball will never ask for your password, one-time SMS codes, or full payment card details via email, live chat, or social media. If you receive any such request claiming to be from Drop Ball, treat it as a phishing attempt and do not respond. Report it to support@dropball.xyz so we can investigate and warn the community if needed.
Responsible Gaming

Log in and go to Account Settings, then the Responsible Gaming tab. You can set a daily, weekly, or monthly deposit cap. Limits take effect immediately. Reducing a limit is instant; increasing a limit requires a waiting period of 24 hours (daily), 7 days (weekly), or 30 days (monthly) before the change activates. You can request a self-exclusion of 3 months, 6 months, 1 year, or permanently through your account's Responsible Gaming settings, or by emailing support@dropball.xyz. Self-exclusion takes effect immediately. During the exclusion period your account is inaccessible and attempts to register a new account will be declined.
