Drop Ball Terms and Conditions – Know Before You Play

1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and Drop Ball ("we," "us," "our," or "the Platform"). The Terms govern all access to and use of the Drop Ball website located at dropball.xyz, including all related services, games, betting markets, promotions, and customer support.

By creating an account, making a deposit, or placing a bet on Drop Ball, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms in full. Your continued use of the platform after any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version. We recommend bookmarking this page and reviewing it periodically.

These Terms should be read together with our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gaming policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and Drop Ball.

2 Eligibility

To use Drop Ball's services, you must meet all of the following requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age as required under Philippine law for regulated gaming activities.
• You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online betting is not prohibited by applicable law at the time of placing any bet.
• You must not be listed on any self-exclusion register or have a current restriction order in place relating to online gambling.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, or close relative of an employee of Drop Ball or any of its affiliated service providers.
• You must be acting on your own behalf, not as an agent or representative of any third party.

3 Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) Drop Ball account. Creating duplicate or multiple accounts — even under different names, email addresses, phone numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.

When you register, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, valid Philippine mobile number, and a working email address. Drop Ball uses this information for account verification, payment processing, and communication.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Do not share your password with anyone. Drop Ball will never ask for your password by email, SMS, or any other channel. • Use a strong, unique password combining uppercase letters, numbers, and symbols.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) for an added layer of account security.
• Log out after each session when using a shared or public device.
• Update your contact information promptly if anything changes.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

Drop Ball supports the following payment methods for Filipino players: GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay, PESONet bank transfer, BDO, BPI, UnionBank online banking, and Visa/Mastercard debit and credit cards.

All deposit and withdrawal transactions must be conducted using payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party funding — where the source of funds belongs to another person — is not permitted and may trigger an account review.

• Minimum deposit: ₱100. Maximum single deposit: ₱500,000 (subject to payment provider limits).
• Minimum withdrawal: ₱200. Withdrawals are processed within 5 minutes to 24 hours depending on the method selected.
• Drop Ball does not charge processing fees on standard withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply their own fees, which are outside our control.
• Withdrawals are subject to completion of identity verification (KYC) as required by our compliance policy.
• Active bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal is permitted. See Section 6 for full bonus terms.

5 Betting Rules and Settlement

All bets placed on Drop Ball are governed by the specific rules applicable to each sport, league, or game type. These rules are available within the relevant betting market. General settlement rules applicable across the platform are as follows:

• Bets are settled based on the official result declared by the relevant governing body or league.
• If an event is postponed and rescheduled within 48 hours, bets will stand. If rescheduled beyond 48 hours, bets will be voided and stakes returned.
• In the event of a match abandonment, partially completed events are settled according to the rules applicable to each market as described in the sport-specific rules.
• Bets placed on incorrect or corrupted odds due to a technical error on Drop Ball's side may be voided at the company's discretion. Players will be notified and stakes refunded.
• Winnings are credited to your Drop Ball wallet immediately upon settlement. You can then withdraw or use them to place further bets.

Drop Ball reserves the right to void any bet where there is evidence of match-fixing, corruption, or where the integrity of the event has been compromised. This determination will be made based on guidance from relevant sporting authorities and our internal integrity team.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

Drop Ball regularly offers promotions including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and referral rewards. All promotions are subject to the following general conditions unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion's terms:

• Bonuses are available to verified account holders only. One bonus per household, device, or IP address applies unless stated otherwise.
• Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. The standard wagering requirement is 15x the bonus amount unless a specific promotion states differently.
• Bonuses expire within 30 calendar days of being credited unless specified otherwise. Expired bonuses are forfeited without compensation.
• Drop Ball reserves the right to amend, pause, or withdraw any promotion at any time with reasonable notice provided on the Promotions page.
• Attempting to abuse promotional offers — including through multi-accounting, coordinated bonus stacking, or dishonest wagering patterns — will result in account suspension and forfeiture of all bonus-derived winnings.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Drop Ball. Engaging in any of these may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of balances:

• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Using the platform while under the legal age of 21.
• Creating or operating multiple accounts (multi-accounting).
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform or generate bets.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities for personal gain.
• Engaging in money laundering, match-fixing, or any activity that violates Philippine law.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing Drop Ball staff, agents, or other members of the community.
• Using a VPN or proxy to circumvent geo-restrictions or account limitations.

8 Responsible Gaming

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on how much you can deposit into your account.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial betting purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any part of Drop Ball's content without our prior written consent.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Drop Ball's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount of funds in your Drop Ball account at the time of the incident giving rise to the claim.

Drop Ball shall not be liable for:

• Loss of profits, data, goodwill, or any indirect, special, or consequential damages of any kind.
• Service interruptions caused by third-party payment processors, telecommunications providers, or force majeure events.
• Losses arising from your failure to keep your login credentials secure.
• Technical errors or system outages beyond Drop Ball's reasonable control that affect bet placement or settlement.

11 Privacy and Data Protection

Drop Ball collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy. By using the platform, you consent to the collection, processing, and storage of your personal information as described therein, including for the purposes of identity verification, fraud prevention, customer support, and marketing communications (where opted in).

Drop Ball implements industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including AES-256 encryption, secure data centres, and regular security audits. We will never sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent.

12 Amendments to These Terms

Drop Ball reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When we make material changes, we will notify registered players via email and/or a prominent notice on the platform at least 7 calendar days before the changes take effect, except where urgent regulatory or security requirements make immediate changes necessary.

Your continued use of Drop Ball after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you have the right to close your account and withdraw your available balance before the effective date.

13 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Before initiating formal legal proceedings, we encourage all players to first contact our customer support team to resolve disputes amicably. We will endeavour to respond to all formal complaints within 5 business days and resolve them within 30 calendar days of receipt. If a complaint cannot be resolved through our internal process, you may escalate the matter to the relevant Philippine gaming regulatory authority.
